Ace Designers, was founded in 1979 as a design-consulting firm. Initially, the team developed product designs for various machine tools including special purpose machines. Colt LM is a 2-axes horizontal CNC turning center designed primarily for chucking applications. Built compact, the Colt LM is capable of delivering power of 3.5kW (continuous) / 5.5kW (15 mins) and comes standard with a chuck size of 135mm.
The Vantage series of machines are horizontal turning centers designed to be highly versatile. The Vantage 800 MSY accommodates C-axis for precise spindle positioning during live tool operations, a Y-axis along with X & Z that facilitates complex milling, drilling, tapping & other operations. The sub-spindle in this machine facilitates workpiece machining on both sides.
These series of machines are high precision CNC turning centres with C-axis capability and live tools that facilitate variety of machining needs such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping etc. The C-axis of the main spindle helps in precise indexing for part positioning during live tool operations.
